WORKING WITH THREE SCREENS

Whoever says that having more than one screen is not productive, has not tried it.

Until now I have worked with two screens (the laptop and the big 29" screen).

Today I bought a new screen/monitor that is small, lightweight and portable (I can carry it in my backpack and it has a battery), ... and it is a touch !!!.

I leave you the link to amazon in case you want to take a look at the "ASUS ZenScreen Touch MB16AMT".

Keep in mind that it is not cheap, at least not its touch version. If you want something similar to this model, but not so expensive, there are several of these screens but most are not touch and are cheap Chinese brands that weigh more. You can find things around 100€-150€.

The thing is that I wanted a third screen for a long time, and if it serves me to have a small office anywhere I can reach with my backpack ... there is no excuse.

I wanted it to be touchscreen because I pay more and I have something more flexible. I can connect my cell phone and have a big screen to play games or watch movies. I can also test the usability experience for touch devices while doing the webs, and the truth is that the productivity of having a third screen, and that this is touch ... has pleasantly surprised me.

Above all, I find the layout of the screens very useful (look at the first picture). Having a third screen tilted in front of the keyboard allows me to not have to turn my head as much as before and to be able to perform actions without touching the mouse.

And of course, being a 15" screen that fits in any backpack ... it allows me to work better even when I am not at home.

NOTE: I do not recommend this ASUS display with battery included. After a few months, it has started to give problems. I think it is better to have a secondary screen without a battery. And of course without touch. I have hardly used it as a touchscreen.
